here. If you purchased your item directly from Steelcase and your item is still within warranty, fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you within 3-4 business days. To make sure we can review your claim as fast as possible, provide a detailed description of your issue and add pictures/videos of the defect to support your claim. If you have purchased your product from one of our dealer partners, please contact the dealer directly to organize a repair or replacement.
