We hope you’ll love your new furniture products, but in the unlikely event that you received a faulty product here’s how we can help:
Your purchase is covered under Steelcase Limited Lifetime Consumer Warranty for Asia Pacific. We will repair or replace defective or damaged products after inspection from our installation team.
WARRANTY AND DAMAGE
The Steelcase Limited Consumer Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our online stores.
If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, Steelcase will repair or, at Steelcase’s option, replace the aﬀected product at no charge, or refund the purchase price for the aﬀected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You may either contact us via email. Our customer care team will be in touch within 1-2 working days to schedule inspection. To facilitate repair service for items purchased via our online store, please keep your original email confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. Once your order is placed online, you will be unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT
If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
